DELIVERY

The orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days.

We usually use the following shipping companies – ECONT, SPEEDY, DPD, INTERCONNECT, DHL, and Bulgarian Posts.

Delivery to Bulgaria, Greece, and Romania

Delivery with option Review and Test included. The delivery time depends on the service schedule of Econt or Speedy. The price is calculated at checkout, based on the delivery address.

Delivery to Hungary, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia and Poland:

Shipping costs: 10€

Delivery to Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France and Switzerland

Shipping costs: 15 €

Delivery to Spain, Malta, and Portugal:

Shipping costs: 20 €

Delivery to Great Britain, Ireland, Iceland, Norway, Finland and Sweden:

Shipping costs: 25 €

If you submitted the order with the wrong address, don’t hesitate to contact us at eshop@morganabg.com. If the order has already been processed and handed over to the courier you can contact them directly. Once you receive your tracking information, you can contact the courier for a possible change of delivery address. We remind you that we are in no way responsible for any delivery delay caused by delivery address change.

If you accept a damaged, crushed, broken, or open parcel, we can’t guarantee a possible refund of a damaged/missing item.

The goods may be subject to payment of import taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the end customer.

RETURNS

You can return/replace all products from an order or only a specific product within 7 days from the delivery date. The return is at the buyer’s expense with a courier of his choice, except if the products are defective or damaged or the wrong product is delivered.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will call or email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

1. Send us a message at eshop@morganabg.com, indicating the order number and a bank account number for a refund. In case the order was paid by debit/credit card, the amount will be refunded to your card.

2. Send the products to us within 7 days of the request.

3. After we receive the products, we will refund the amount paid within 3 working days
